Steps Sequence Step 1 1 cup butter 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 1/4 c white sugar 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 Tbs water 2eggs 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp salt 5 1/2 cups flour Cream butter sugars eggs and water until creamy.
