Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut and up carrots,celery, sweet potatoes, potatoes and dice.
2Cut up and dice onions, put into a large pot.
3Cut up green aucchini, dice and put into pot.
4Add spices and stir into vegetables.
5Pour 6 to 8 cups of water into pot.
6Add whole wheat flour, stir in.
7Cut up cooked beef cubs, dice and pour into pot.
8Let simmer for 2 hours slowly until all vegetables are soft.
9Servings are 6 to 8.
