Cut and up carrots,celery, sweet potatoes, potatoes and dice.

Cut up and dice onions, put into a large pot.

Cut up green aucchini, dice and put into pot.

Add spices and stir into vegetables.

Pour 6 to 8 cups of water into pot.

Add whole wheat flour, stir in.

Cut up cooked beef cubs, dice and pour into pot.

Let simmer for 2 hours slowly until all vegetables are soft.
