Recipe Description I have always loved stuffed cabbage. I found this "stuffed cabbage in crockpot" recipe and wanted to try it without all the rolling the ground beef in the cabbage leafs

1heat large frying pan on medium heat; add ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking apart as it cooks. Add onion powder, garlic powder, thyme and paprika and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and uncooked rice. Add water.
2Cut cabbage in half, cut out the core, and remove any wilted outer leaves. chop cabbage coarsely into 1 inch pieces.
3In crockpot, layer half the cabbage, half the meat mixture, remaining cabbage and remaining meat mixture.
4cook on high for 6 hours (8-9 hours on low) adding water if the rice is not getting done.
