Recipe Description We discovered this recipe when we had soup day at work. I pulled it off the internet and one of my co-workers made it. It was so good that I decided to take it home and try it on my own. My husband liked it, so I ahred it with my mom and dad and because they liked it so much they have cooked it for nieghbors and now they are askin for the recipe because they liked it so well

Steps

1Turn the crock pot on LOW and spray the crock pot with non-stick spray and add the the hash brown potatos
2Add the chicken broth and cream of chicken broth soup and stir them into the potatos until well mixed.
3Then add the salt and pepper and stir them in well.
4Let all of this cook for 7 hours.
5At the seventh hour add the cream cheese in slices and let it cook for the remaining hour, stiring occassionally to help the cream cheese melt and mix with the other ingrdients.
