Heat the butter in a pressure cooker. Once the butter is heated, put the fenugreek seeds and wait until they start spluttering. Throw the minced garlic. Throw in the brown rice with the lentils and cook it for a min. Put all the vegetables in the pressure cooker, salt and ground cumin. Put two cups of water, and close the pressure cooker lid for the jaulo to cook. Let it cook in low-medium temp. After 20-25 mins turn off the stove.
