Mix Beef and Turkey, onion and oats. In a separate bowl, mixed Tomato Sauce, Hot Sauce, Salt and pepper, and beaten Egg whites. Add to Meat. Spray a bread pan and form meat into pan. Cook at 425 for 60 min. enjoy
