1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a muffin tin or line the cups with paper liners.
2Combine dry ingredints in a large bowl. And in brown sugar as well.
3Add the buttermilk, applesauce, egg, oil and vanilla. Stir untill just blended. DO NOT OVERMIX.
5Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing. Serve warm or cool completely on a wire rack.
