Sequence Step
1Prepare all the vegetables
2Heat a skillet, on medium high heat
3Add sunflower oil
4Pour in peppers and onions. Saute until they start to soften
5Add the garlic
6continue to cook until the peppers and onions start to brown.
7Deglaze with lime juice
8Add in the squash. Saute for another minute. Turn heat down and cover the skillet.
9Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the squash is tender, but not mushy.
