1Place flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to combine. Add canola oil, vanilla, eggs and milk(or buttermilk). Blend with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into preheated waffle iron. Bake until steam stops coming from the sides or desired done-ness. Makes 8 waffles.
