In small bowl, mix flour and baking powder together.

Once mixture is creamy and fluffy, add vanilla and eggs. Mix on low speed until blended.

Now, gradually add in the mixture of flour and baking powder with a wooden spoon. Fold in to creamy mixture until evenly blended.

Take dough out of bowl and make a roll about 2-inches thick. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper. Keep dough refrigerated (about 4 hours) until it becomes firm.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease baking sheets lightly.

Cut roll into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place on baking sheet about 1-inch apart from each other.

Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until color changes to light golden brown. (This will depend on size of cookie)
