1Place all of the ingredients in a blender, reserving 1 cup of the corn, and the cilantro for garnish.
2Process until smooth and creamy.
3Warm the soup if required.
4Serve in bowls and add the reserved cup of corn and cilantro as garnish. Finish with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
