In mixing bowl with electric mixer, add 3 egg whites and cream of tartar. Mix on High for 3-5 minutes until whites are stiff and form peaks. Test by holding bowl upside down. They won''t move if they are ready.

Next, in 2nd bowl add yolks and cream cheese. Blend with a mixer until smooth.

Gently add the yolk/cheese mixture to the egg whites into the side of the bowl and fold in very gently with spatula. Careful not to break down the whites.

On baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and place mixture into 6 mounds on the sheet, slightly flattened.

Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove and let cool on pan for 2-3 minutes. Then transfer to cooling racks. *these can be froze or used as biscuits, french toast, etc. *try different seasonings in the mix before baking.
