Bake oats in a greased roaster pan in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Stir periodically. Remove from oven and add nuts and seeds. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine honey, melted butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk together. Remove oat mixture from oven and add the butter/honey mixture. Stir thoroughly. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in raisins. Finished!
