11. Combine sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Mix until fluffy. 2. Mix together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. Add to peanut butter mixture. (batter will be very dry at this point). 3. Add milk and mix until nice consistency. 4. Add chocolate chips. 5. Roll in 1 in balls. Bake at 350 for about ten minutes.
