Steps

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray.
2Combine sugar, syrup, canola oil, prune puree, egg whites and vanilla.
3Add oats, bran, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4Stir in peanut butter.
5Drop 1/2 cup at a time onto prepared baking sheets.
6Bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
