Potatoes - Baby Red, leave skin on & cut in quarters
Add quartered potatoes placing each cut side down on top of the cooked bacon and onions.

Cook potatoes on medium heat with lid on the pot until potatoes are just beginning to soften. Gently stir potatoes mixing with onions and bacon.

Evenly cover mixture with the cut green beans and sprinkle beans with butter substitute. Cover and cook on medium low heat.

Add 1/2 - 2/3 cup (according to how much of the creamy sauce you like) of water to pot and reduce heat to medium low. Cook with lid on until beans are slightly tender and potatoes are soft.

Gently stir mixture being sure to coat all potatoes and beans with the cooked bacon and onions from the bottom of the pot.

Let stand for 10 minutes, then stir again and serve.
