Find all of the ingredients that need to be blended together for the smoothie.

Put 1 serving size of the orange juice (8 fluid ounces, or 1 cup) in the blender.

Add 1 serving size of strawberries (3/4 cup) into the blender.

Add 1 serving size of vanilla yogurt (1 container) into the blender.

Add 1 banana into the blender. Make sure it is a little sliced before being blended.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a cup.

Put the cup in the freezer, and put a lollipop stick in the smoothie once it''s been in the freezer for 45 minutes to an hour.

Take the popsicle out of the freezer when the smoothie is 100% frozen.

CAREFULLY squeeze around the cup to get the popsicle loose and out.
