• Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or over low flame

• In large bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the vegetable purees, sugar,cocoa powder, margarine and vanilla together until smooth and creamy which is around 1-2 min.

• Wisk in egg whites then stir in the flower, baking powder and salt

• Pour the batter into the pan and bake 35-40 min.

• Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
(let the brownies cool off before eating, because it hides the taste of spinach and carrots better!)
