Preheat oven to 350.

In bowl, mash bananas. Chop apple.

Combine bananas with chopped apple, add sucanat, salt, baking soda, flour, applesauce.

Mix all ingredients and put in 6 X 9 bread pan.

Put pan on cookie sheet and bake 50 - 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clear (from center).
