Steps
Sequence Step
1Cover a cooking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 300.
2Assemble first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
3In a small saucepan combine honey, syrup and flaxseed oil. Cook about 3 minutes.
4Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 40 min, stirring every 15 minutes.
5Cool and mix in 1 cup dried fruit.
