In a large hot skillet pour oil into pan. Introduce the onions and saute for about one minute.

Place crumbled meat into skillet and begin to brown making sure you flatten with the back of a spoon so that the texture of the cooked meat will be fine.

Add potatoes, garlic and mix into meat.

Add chili powder, cumin and oregano and continue stirring into mixture.

Add water and heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
