Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large hot skillet pour oil into pan. Introduce the onions and saute for about one minute.
2Place crumbled meat into skillet and begin to brown making sure you flatten with the back of a spoon so that the texture of the cooked meat will be fine.
3Add potatoes, garlic and mix into meat.
4Add chili powder, cumin and oregano and continue stirring into mixture.
5Add water and heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
6Serving measurement can be adjusted to the particular dish you use this filling for.
