Use liquidizer to grind seeds, almonds

Mix dry ingredients with powdered seeds

Chop carrots and orange peel in liquidizer with 1 cup of water (not too fine) and add to centre of dry mixture

Mix eggs, remaining cup of water and coconut oil in liquidizer

Add to centre of dry mixture with carrot mix

Mix well until manageable dough

Grease 2 large bread pans and line bottom with greased baking paper

Pour mixture into baking pans and bake for 1 hour at 180

Mixture could also be rolled into balls and placed on flat baking sheet to make rolls : bake for 30 minutes

Take bread out, leave to cool and slice in 30 slices

Please 3 slices flat in small plastic bag to freeze. Take only one packet out for use at a time. Toasts well on top of the toaster.
