Steps
Sequence Step
1Use liquidizer to grind seeds, almonds
2Mix dry ingredients with powdered seeds
3Chop carrots and orange peel in liquidizer with 1 cup of water (not too fine) and add to centre of dry mixture
4Mix eggs, remaining cup of water and coconut oil in liquidizer
5Add to centre of dry mixture with carrot mix
6Mix well until manageable dough
7Grease 2 large bread pans and line bottom with greased baking paper
8Pour mixture into baking pans and bake for 1 hour at 180
9Mixture could also be rolled into balls and placed on flat baking sheet to make rolls : bake for 30 minutes
10Take bread out, leave to cool and slice in 30 slices
11Please 3 slices flat in small plastic bag to freeze. Take only one packet out for use at a time. Toasts well on top of the toaster.
12Makes 30 slices
13Spread coconut oil and honey or marmite for nice snack
