Mix canola oil, cornstarch mixture, Spenda and vanilla well in a good-sized bowl.

In a seperate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder together.

Add oats to this mixture.

Add the dry mixture to the wet one and mix well.

Mix in raisins.

Form the dough into small balls or patties on a greased cookie sheet.
