4In a seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
5Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed.
6Fold-in strawberries.
7Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
8Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
