Combine peanut butter and honey in microwave safe dish and heat for 45 seconds. Stir well.

Pour peanut butter/honey mixture to mixing bowl and knead together until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Add white chocolate chips and continue mixing. (Mixture may be warm and melt chips. You can let cool prior to mixing and/or freeze chips before mixing)

Press entire mixture into baking sheet lined with wax paper or aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Remove from refigerator, cut into bars and store in airtight container.
