BOIL 8 QT WATER WITH 1 tbs each- sea salt

saute chopped onion with 2 cloves garlic, tbs. rosemary, pepper, in 3tbs olive oil and 1 tsp butter, IN same pan then add 1.5 lb ground turkey to brown.
Add 1 15 oz jar Classico Red Pepper Alfredo pasta souce.
Add 2 tbs light sour cream
1 tbs garlic powder > cooking over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until thicken. Pour over noodles and garnish with fresh grated parmasian cheese and parsley
