Preheat oven to 325. Grease dish.

In large mixing bowl combine eggs and ricotta cheese; beat just until combined.

Sitr in milk, basil, salt, fennel seed and pepper.

Fold in spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella and green onion.

Spread evenly in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish or 3-quart rectangular casserole.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
