Mix all dry ingredients except for the 2 cups unsweetened coconut.

Add honey and melted coconut oil and water. Mix well.

Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Spread mixture into cookie sheet. Cut into 36 bars. Put in freezer to set

Remove from freezer and break apart bars. Coat bars in unsweetened coconut and store in freezer bags or plastic container with lid.
