Ingredients

can, 15 oz (303 x 406)tomato sauce

tablespoonsmiso
1
fluid ouncered wine

teaspoonssoy sauce

Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large pan over a high heat, fry the finely chopped onions in the oil and soy sauce until they are soft (obout 5 minutes)
2Add the the garlic powder and cook until it turns brown. Quickly add the wine and reduce.
3Mix the miso and three tablespoons of the tomato sauce to get a thick liquid. Add to pan and reduce.
4Add the rest of the tomato sauce and reduce the heat to low.Let simmer and thicken for a few minutes.
