Sequence Step
1Mix cereal, oats, raisins, chocolate chips, ground almonds, wheat germ and sunflower seeds in very large bowl.
2BRING brown sugar, honey and syrup to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, whey powder and vanilla until blended.
3POUR peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until coated.
4Press mixture into 18 muffin tins; cool in pan.
5When cooled, bars can be wrapped in plastic wrap for storage.
