Preheat oven to 350. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. In large bowl whisk together flour, flaxseed, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Finely grate or chop zucchini in food processor. Add zucchini and banana to mixer to combine. Add milk, water, egg, vanilla to zucchini mixture. Slowly pour in flour mixture and combine well. Pour into muffin tins and bake 20-25 minutes.
