Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Put raisin bran cereal in mixing bowl and add milk, egg and mashed bananas. Let soak for a few minutes until cereal is soft.

Mix all dry ingredients, then add raisins to dry ingredients and mix well.

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.

Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and portion batter in 12 portions.

Cook for about 25 minutes or until top springs back or toothpick comes out clean.
