| 1 | In a mixing bowl, mash banana until smooth. | 2 | Add in egg. Stir. | 3 | Mix in whole wheat flour. Add 2 tbsp of non-fat milk. | 4 | Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into circles on the pan, flipping pancakes once the pancakes start to bubble. | 5 | Top with syrup if desired (I reccomend coconut syrup!). Serve. |
