Boil Sweet potatoes 15-20 minutes

Drain Potatoes and cool to room temp.

Combine yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, and cumin in a seperate bowl

Dice sweet potatoes an d put in a large bowl

Add yogurt mixture to potatoes

Add Onion, Celery and Jalapeno
