Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil Sweet potatoes 15-20 minutes
2Drain Potatoes and cool to room temp.
3Combine yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, and cumin in a seperate bowl
4Dice sweet potatoes an d put in a large bowl
5Add yogurt mixture to potatoes
6Add Onion, Celery and Jalapeno
7Toss until combined. refrigerate one hour
