In medium bowl, beat eggs lightly. Stir in Ricotta, Mozzarella and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. Add parsley, basil, salt and pepper.

Spoon about 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture into each shell. Arrange in 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with pasta sauce. Sprinklewith remaining parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 mins. or until heated through
