1heat olive oil in large dutch oven over medium heat. add carrots, onion, celery, and garlic. cook for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring frequently. add broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. increase heat to medium-high, bring broth to boil. add tortellini, cook for 10 minutes. stire in chicken and peas. cook for 2 - 3 minutes until chicken is heated through.
