Melt butter and set aside to cool. Beat eggs and sugar until light yellow. Add melted butter and vanilla until blended.

Sift together flour and baking powder. Fold into egg, sugar and butter mixture until well blended.

Heat Pizzelle Iron. Place 1 Tablespoon of batter in center pizzelle iron. Fill both sides if you have a double iron.
Bake approx. 2 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter.
