Preheat oven to 350 halve and clean red peppers. in skillet saute chuck and pork, onion and garlic until brown. Add beef bouillon, garlic powder, salt stir and then drain fat. mix hot water with remaining bouillon fill peppers with mixture. Pour beef mixture to bottom of baking pan and place the filled peppers. Cover and bake 35 minutes uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes baste and right before through cover with cheese to melt and dress with green onions
