Cook and chop chicken, set aside.

Boil noodles according to package directions, adding frozen vegetables to cooking noodles to allow for appropriate cooking time. Drain well.

Add condensed soup, eggs, and 2 cups of broth to noodles and stir until blended. Transfer into 9x13 oven safe pan.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup broth, blend well. Sprinkle over top.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and return to oven for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
