Combine all dry ingredients in bowl.

Add pumpkin puree.

Stir in water and let sit for 2 minutes.

Ladle aproxximately 2.5 oz of batter on prewarmed griddle using medium heat.

Flip when center starts to appear set and slightly dry and Finish cooking through.

Serve and Garnish with Dried cranberries, Pecan pieces, aorange slice or powdered sugar.
