1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil.
3. Combine eggs, sweet potato, butter, honey, almond butter, and vanilla in a large bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, mixing well until all ingredients are incorporated.
6. Mix in chocolate chips.
7. Pour batter evenly into baking dish.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
9. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes
