Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

Wash hands and using wet hands roll mixture into balls.

Place balls on pan 2 inched apart and back for 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of ball and desired crispiness. Rotate pan once during cooking.

Use spatula to remove macaroons. Let cool.
