cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice
Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop mangos and jalapenos in food processor.
2Put into stainless steel heavy pan and add sugar.
3Add Lemon juice and stir
4Heat mixture stirring occaionally until boiling.
5Continue to boil until mixture reaches 222 degrees on a candy thermometer.
6Add liquid pectin and cook for 1 more minute.
7Ladle into prepared jelly jars.
8Clean lids and threads of jar and put on lids hand tightened.
10Cool on rack.
11Be sure all jars achieve a good seal.
