Boil chicken in water until fully cooked

Remove chicken.

Add carrots, sweet potato, and celery. Cook for 20 mins.

While that is cooking chop up chicken. Separate gullets, neck, and other none flesh parts.

Add potatoes and boil for another 20 mins. (Add additional potatoes and cook longer to thicken.)
