| 1 | Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Brown both sides of Chicken in a skillet w/ EVOO over medium high heat. | 2 | Put potatoes, onion,garlic, thyme, and lemon slices on bottom of slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken on top and drizzle with honey. Add stock and cover. | 3 | Cook, undisturbed for 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on low. | 4 | If desired, top each portion with lemon zest, flat leaf parsley, toasted ine nuts and balsamic drizzle |
