Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk together oatmeal, flour, wheat germ, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2Beat together applesauce, coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond milk, and honey.
3Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Do not over mix.
4Fold in the toasted walnuts, and the blueberries.
5Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean, 15-25 minutes.
