Bring vegetable stock to a boil in pressure cookerr

Add onions, lentils, apricots, tomatoes,olive oil, marjoram and thyme

Bring pressure cooker to high heat

Lower heat just enough to maintain high pressure

Cook for 4 minutes

Allow pressure to come down naturally,or use quick release method

Stir in lemon juice,black pepper, and garnish with parsley

If soup is too thick, thin it with a little vegetable stock or water
