Steps
Sequence Step
1Bring vegetable stock to a boil in pressure cookerr
2Add onions, lentils, apricots, tomatoes,olive oil, marjoram and thyme
3Bring pressure cooker to high heat
4Lower heat just enough to maintain high pressure
5Cook for 4 minutes
6Allow pressure to come down naturally,or use quick release method
7Stir in lemon juice,black pepper, and garnish with parsley
8If soup is too thick, thin it with a little vegetable stock or water
