Soak rice while other ingredients are prepared. Pour broth into pan and add the onion and celery. After the broth starts to boil stir in the margerine, seasoning and parsley. Rinse the rice and pour into a 1 1/2 quart sized baking dish. Pour broth mixture over the rice and level out the rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rice is done. Fluff with a fork and serve. Makes 10 1/4 cup servings.
