Combine 2 c. flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugars, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in chips.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper, or use ungreased. Drop dough by teaspoonful. Bake about 8 min. Remove from oven, leave on pan about 5 min. to finish baking. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
