Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wrap cloves in foil. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cloves are soft when pressed. Remove from oven and cool.

Squeeze garlic to remove from the peel.

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower heat to simmer. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pan.

Add in garlic and mash. Beat in remaining ingredients until blended.
